We believe that having a clear understanding with our suppliers of
performance standards, quality expectations, delivery time frames and
related transactional processes, terms and conditions is important to
ensure Bayne can supply and maintain the quality products and services
that have been associated with our brand for over 40 years.
To that end, the following terms and conditions apply to all supplier
transactions of goods and services provided to Bayne Machine Works, Inc.
Please note that if you have entered into a Master Supplier Agreement
with us, any conflict with these Terms and Conditions shall be resolved
in favor of the Master Supplier Agreement.
