28, 2006) — Bayne Premium Lift Systems has simplified its residential
front load carry can product line. Now, rather than offering nine different
carry cans designed for use with individual cart lifters, Bayne
introduces a new single universal carry can that is compatible with most
Bayne cart lifters. |
“We want to make it as easy as possible for our customers to get the
best combination of carry can and cart lifter for their applications,”
explains Jimmy Biggerstaff, Bayne general manager. “Our new universal
carry can design simplifies the process, offering customers a product
with the lowest cost of ownership backed by Bayne’s tradition of
quality and support.”
The new universal design also makes it possible for the first time to
order a carry can with Bayne’s popular MBTL 169 lifter, which offers
greater sweep and increased cart pick-up envelope.

Carry cans are primarily employed to convert front loaders for use
collecting residential routes. They can be used with or without cart
lifters, depending on customer needs.
Bayne manufactures all of its carry cans in its Greenville, S.C.,
production facility. Each is thoroughly inspected by the quality control
department throughout the manufacturing process. The can body and fork
pockets are constructed of high-grade steel for superior durability.
Triple-lock pin collars on the fork pockets secure the carry can to any
front loader fork arms and prevent the can from bouncing. Bayne carry
cans are equipped with a reinforced steel rub bar to protect the cart
tippers when the can is emptied. Every carry can is powder-coated for a
long-lasting, durable finish. A variety of paint colors are available to
match any refuse fleet’s needs.
